ServiceVision Scorpio is a unique company, founded in Barcelona in 1986 by the brothers Andrés and Alfredo Vallés in order to provide technical services to the film industry. The company began with the development of optical systems and later was introduced in the manufacturing and equipment rental for film shooting. In movies like Lord of the Rings, King Kong, James Bond or Superman, the camera supports had the emblematic scorpion of Servicevision, whose cranes, hot heads and remote controls can be seen in shootings anywhere in the world. Our building also houses a collection of film and television sets.

Servicevision has specialized in the design and manufacture of supports for the cameras' movement: cranes, dollies, hot heads, remote controls, special lenses and video recorders for video-assistance.
The highly specialized equipment, which incorporates advanced electronic technology, supplies the international market.

Scorpiolens ANAMORPHIC 2x

 

Thanks to a new anamorphic design, the new Patent-Pending lenses keep the advantages from spherical ones with the great anamorphic look.

• Small size and weight: You can handle them like spherical, and use standard matt boxes and filters.
• Virtually no distortion or breathing: No need for tricks while shooting: no need to avoid columns or corners, or move the camera while focusing.

Scorpiozoom 138-405 T4.3 ANAMORPHIC 2X

With the same concept as the Scorpiolens Anamorphic 2x and using the same patented design, Servicevision creates the lighters and smaller Anamorphic zoom of its range. The Scorpio Zoom Anamorphic 2x is created to be a perfect combination with Scorpiolens Anamorphic 2x covering larger focal range, offering the same image quality and giving priority to a friendly use due its front diameter, weight and size.

Scorpio WIDE ANGLE CONVERTER

Scorpio Wide Angle Converter Lens keeps the original quality and characteristics of the lenses converted with a conversion of 0.8 approx., a smart combination of exotic glasses that maintains same look and chromatics from the original lens respecting the stop in all cases. This new tool adds in to your inventory new focals that not exist in the market such a 12mm Leica Summilux -C.
